Recently oil price going up, temperature effect, atmosphere temperature going up, and factory temperature also going up.

Therefore, our company develops a series of sintering furnace products for precise casting: save fuel, environment protection, public security.

Compared with old  Sintering Furnace:

Save Fuel: Old  Sintering Furnace Combustion control system: ON / OFF control       

The ratio of Wind oil : No automatic control Resulting in not combustion air to cool the furnace body

New  Improved Sintering Furnace : wisdom process temperature control system(control of  manually and automatic ratio of wind to oil)

、①When shell molding enters the furnace, ventilation door will adjust bigger automatically and oil door will adjust  smaller automatically.

When temperature goes up, ventilation door will adjust bigger automatically and oil door will adjust  bigger automatically.

 ③When it come to certain temperature , ventilation door will adjust smaller automatically and oil door will adjust  smaller automatically.

 ④When it come to go beyond temperature, fuel will close automatically.

 ⑤When shell molding enters the furnace, ventilation door will adjust bigger automatically and oil door will adjust smaller automatically.

 2、Our whole system can save 10 %  to  30 % efficiency.

For example, heavy oil

In Taiwan, one liter of heavy oil: NT$ 12

Heat value : 9,700 kcal / L

Our Sintering furnace oil consumption ( Maximum): 40  L

If two sintering furnaces , 80 L.

One furnace oil consumption: 60 L /  hour

One furnace / each hour : cost  NT$ 720

If  8 working hours , NT$  720   X   ( 8  hours ) = NT$ 5,760

If 24 working hours,  NT$ 720   X    ( 24 hours) =NT$ 17,280

Our new control system, one furnace, on the average,  oil consumption,  under 50 L / hour, so new control system can save 10 L / hour

If  10 L /  each furnace can save   Nt$ 12   X  10  L  = NT$ 120

If 24 working hours each day, NT$ 120 X  24= NT$ 2,880 /  each day

If  25 working days, it can save fuel charge.

NT$ 2,880 X  25= 72,000 / each month

NT$ 72000  X 12 = 864,000 /  each year

The furnace body will prolong its lifespan because of no overheating.

Automatic public securityNew Air Pressure electric insert furnace, wind wheel manual and automatic  shock-proof  ventilation door control, it can prolong the lifespan to furnace body and door. No danger of public security.

Our company also develops new waste heat recovery system, if equipped with steam boiler and boiling water boiler for waste heat,

It can recycle into steam boiling water. (Extra charge for this system)

a)     Waste Heat can recycle into steam

   (1)for making drinking water

        (2)heat exchanging into hot wind

        (3)for lost wax furnace

        (4) produce  5 degrees  Centigrade  ice water together with injection ice and hot water maker

        (5)With Condense steamer generating electricity, waste heat converts into cool air for the following function.

         ①supply cool air for the precise cast room

         ②supply cool air for the wax –lost room of precise cast

         ③supply cool air for the office

         ④supply cool air for dormitory

         ⑤cool air to produce, no need “ freon”, reduce pollution

b)     Waste heat recycling into hot water

             ①for bathing

   ②for boiler water preheating

Waste heat recycling can reduce the heat from the chimney , the temperature of  gas exit can reduce to 150 degrees centigrade, the furnace body temperature can reduce. And it can reduce the working environment temperature . It can increase the working efficiency. Waste heat can recycle the steam vapor value. Each furnace can reach to 300 to 600 kg / hr. we can get the 80% waste heat recycle efficiency.

Precision casting is still one of the modern industries in our country. Up to now, all kinds of techniques concerned have been exceedingly advanced. The product has to go through many processes , from wax- shooting, cluster, paste-soaking, wax-stripping, sintering, pouring to shell- removing. Each process is related to the quality of product. Among them, sintering and pouring processes are particularly important and can not neglected, otherwise , the previous process and effort will be wasted in vain and the loss incurred will be great.

The traditional furnace body structure was composed of combustion

Chamber built of fire-resistance bricks, a set of burner and a pipe installed behind the furnace. It was operated in such a poor way that truly could not possess and bring the above capabilities and functions

Our company has engaged in furnace body design and automatic control burner production for about thirty years.The shell mold preheat furnace designed and produced at the first stage was  a revolutionary product to consumers as its temperature could be raised up to 1100 degrees Centigrade , and thus the success rate of castings was highly increased. Subsequently , due to demand for super thin castings and the shortening of time for dissolving iron and water in high frequency  furnace , the need for higher temperature of shell mold preheat was very great. In view of the fact and demand, our company successfully invented the highly efficient furnace bodies equipped with 1300-1370 degrees Centigrade. We have had the experience of  making 600 different kinds of  furnaces.

Three –step Automatic Temperature Control

ON-OFF Automatic Temperature Control

  • During the first ten minutes after shell mold being placed into the furnace, the combustor will not spur oil. But heat recovery air will be provided and sent continuously to prevent from producing black fume.

  • When the temperature reaches the set temperature , it will be automatically controlled within  +     --   20 degrees  Centigrade

  • The second –step temperature will be set 1000 degrees Centigrade so that shell mold can adjust temperature difference better and avoid being over-expanded.

  • When two combustors reach the set temperature, one of the combustors will be automatically turned off at any time to avoid too much temperature difference and to get heat inside the furnace equally distributed.

  • The temperature has to reach at 1200 degrees Centigrade about  ten to fifteen minutes before the furnace is opened for pouring.

 
  • The temperature can adjusted and set according to the need of real situation in every section of time.
